Five wrestlers place at state meet

All five Huron wrestlers, who made the state individual, meet placed in the top six last weekend at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

Seniors Chase McLennan (56-4) and Tharin Wilk (56-3) each took third place while seniors TJ Sobeck (52-7) and Jerome Gapczynski (50-11) each placed fourth in the MHSAA Division 4 individual meet.

Freshman Devin Pommerenke (55-9) placed sixth in the state meet. More details will be added to the website later.
