Robert Byron Howell
Robert Byron Howell, 76, of Moltke Township passed away July 1, 2020 at home.
He was born February 26, 1944 in Hagensville to Byron and Mildred (Shea) Howell.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; two children, Christina (Frank) Hartman of Cheboygan and Ryan (Kerry) Howell of Onaway; five grandchildren; three siblings, Carol (Roger) Misiak of Alpena, Doris Miah of Auburn Hills and David (Sandy) Howell of Beaver Island; and a daughter-in-law, Trisha Niemi of Kingston.
Visitation was at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Moltke Monday, July 6, until time of his funeral with the Rev. J. Derek Riddle officiating.
Military honors were accorded by the Onaway Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5857 followed by interment at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery immediately following the church service.
