Kathleen Marie Idalski
Kathleen Marie Idalski, 82, of Rogers City passed away peacefully at Medilo- dge in Rogers City February 27, 2022.
She was born October 16, 1939 in Alpena to An- thony and Angeline (Kon- winski) Buza.
Kathleen was chosen to be the Posen Potato Festival Queen in 1956. She graduated from Posen High School in 1957. On May 19, 1962 she married Ronald Idalski at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Posen. She enjoyed music, dancing, playing cards and dominos and taking pictures. She and Ron spent many winters in Orange Beach, Alabama. She served as secretary for Posen and Rogers City schools. She worked at Richard’s Clothing and Nagel Well Drilling as their bookkeeper. Kathleen was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and its Rosary Society.
She is survived by three children, Lisa (Thomas) Bellmore of Rogers City, Todd (Lynn) Idalski of Plantation, Florida and Joel (Robin) Idalski of Moltke; eight grandchildren, Tommy Bellmore, Ashley (Michael Jr.) Atkins, Leanne (fiancé, Mark Donham) Idalski, Todd “TJ” Idalski, Tyler (Christine) Idalski, Brooklyn (fiancé, Chad Karsten) Idalski, Autumn Idalski and Braden Idalski; two great-grandchildren, Mason Atkins and Alivia Idalski; seven siblings, Daniel Buza, Marilyn Kuszajewski, Marcia (Ron) Urban, Annette (Fredron) Sanchagrin, David Buza, Paulette Woloszyk and Denise (Alex) Krajniak.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home Friday, March 11, from 4-8 p.m. where the Rosary Society will lead the rosary at 6:30 p.m. followed by the parish wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume Saturday, March 12, at St. Ca- simir Catholic Church in Posen from 9 a.m. until time of Mass at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Arthur Duchnowicz officiating.
Burial will take place in the spring at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to St. Ignatius Catholic School’s Angel Fund.
