Jo Ann Marculewicz,

Jo Ann Marculewicz, 73, of Posen passed away at home Saturday, May 30, 2026 with her family at her side. 

She was born August 6, 1952 in Alpena to Frank and Mary (Konarzewski) Stoinski. 

Jo Ann graduated from Posen High School in 1972. On April 29, 1972 she married Chester Marculewicz at St. Casimir Catholic Church. She was a homemaker who loved to cook and bake especially for every holiday meal. Jo Ann loved her family and she crocheted many items that will be treasured for years to come. 

She is survived by her husband, Chester; three sons, James of Taylor, Patrick of New Boston and Timothy of Posen; one grandson, Jase Danny; and four siblings, Alfred (Patricia) Stoinski, Christine Stoinski, Bernadine Sawyer and Jerald Stoinski. 

Jo Ann was

preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary; and two siblings, Kathleen and Steven. 

Friends may visit at St. Casimir Catholic Church Tuesday, June 9, from 10 a.m. through time of her memorial Mass at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Charlie Donajkowski officiating. 

Inurnment will follow at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery. 

Memorials may be given to Friends Together – Alpena in memory of Jo Ann Marculewicz.
