TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Mabel L. Kania (date of birth: February 8, 1935), who lived at 1057 E. 634 Hwy, Posen, MI 49776, died April 14, 2025. There is no Personal Representative of the settlor’s estate to whom letters of administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Self-Trusteed Living Revocable Trust of Mabel L. Kania Dated May 30, 2002 will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee: Marcia V.
