TO: ALL CREDITORS:
The Grantor, CLIFFORD C. BEAUVAIS, who lived at 7251 McCreery Drive, Presque Isle, MI 49777 died August 13, 2024. There is no personal representative of the Grantor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the CLIFFORD C. BEAUVAIS LIVING TRUST, dated March 8, 2024, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to LINDA M. BEAUVAIS, Sole Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
