The Settlor, Herbert Emil Spletzer, Jr. (date of birth, April 27, 1953), died September 16, 2026. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom letters of authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Herbert E. Spletzer, Jr. Trust dated January 12, 2026, will be forever barred unless presented to Susan Cochran, Successor Trustee, or Kathleen Carignan of Carig Law, PLC, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
