Posen sweeps visiting A-E

It took all three games, but the Viking volleyball players won their North Star League opener at home last Thursday, defeating Arenac Eastern in the decisive game 15-8.

Posen pulled out the first game 16-14, but dropped the next game by the same score. The junior varsity swept the visiting Eagles, 15-6 and 15-9.

For the JV, Dorothy Romel had 17 service points, nine aces, and one kill. Meranda Mulka and Jackie Szczerowski both had four service points.
