Traynham earns MITCA all-state cross country honors

A few members of the Onaway High School cross country team competed Saturday at the Michigan Interscholastic Track Coaches Association (MITCA) small school state meet at Shepard.

Those finishing in the top 30 in the boys’ or girls’ race earn MITCA all-state honors. Joe Traynham accomplished the feat for OHS, finishing 12th among the 193 runners in the boys’ race with a personal-best time of 17:43.
