Dorothy Ray Tucker

Dorothy Ray Tucker, 82, of Anchorage, Alaska, died October 21, 2014. The daughter of Merle and Kathleen Dymond, Dorothy was born August 10, 1932 in Bearinger Township. She married Cleo Alton Tucker October 8, 1951 in Onaway.

Dorothy is survived by three daughters, Arlene (Todd) Newsted of Tower, Rhonda (Mike) DeMaestri of Onaway and Judy (Ken) Gribble of Anchorage; four sons, Cleo R. Tucker of Tower, Greg (Shelly) Tucker of Onaway, Ed (Destiny) Tucker of Sutton, Alaska, and Joe (Dawn) Tucker of Willow, Alaska; 33 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Arlene Dymond of Onaway; good friends Frank, Gino and Veronica of Alaska; and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; an infant son; a broher; a son-in-law; a daughter-in-law; two grandsons; and a great-grandson.

The family is planning private services. Dorothy’s final resting place will be Forest Lawn Cemetery in Tower.
