Linda Lou Kozikowski

Linda Lou Kozikowski, 73, passed away Monday morning January 30, 2017 at her home in Rogers Township.

The daughter of Clarence and Adelia (Bunker) Blair was born March 28, 1943 in Rogers City.  She graduated from Rogers City High School in 1961.

Linda married Larry Kozikowski February 4, 1967. Together they made their home in Sterling Heights.  They retired in the Trout Lake area in 1992, while there Linda enjoyed volunteering for her church whereever it was needed. She always looked forward to taking weekly trips to the casino with her sisters. She loved visiting with family and friends and was always full of life. In 2006 she moved back to Rogers City to be closer with her family.

Surviving are her husband Larry; a sister, Earldean Stamper of Rogers Township; a brother, Tom (Evelyn)

Blair of Newark, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Dolores Blair; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Willard Blair; four sisters, Elaine Amacher, Lorraine Colflesh, Elenor Schumann and Fern Bellmore.

Visitation will be today (Thursday, February 2) at Hentkowski Funeral Home from 9 until 10:30 a.m., then the procession from the funeral home to St. Ignatius Catholic Church for an 11 a.m. funeral Mass with the Rev. Sylvestre Obwaka officiating.  Burial will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery in the spring. Online condolences may be sent to Hentkowskifuneral.com.
