Marvin Gordon Main

Marvin Gordon Main, 80, of Rogers City, passed away peacefully at home February 4, 2017 surrounded by his family after sharing years of love and laughter.

He was born September 16, 1936 in Yale to Gordon and Margaret (Broda) Main.

Carrying on Marv’s memory are Gloria, his wife of 61 years; four sons, Matthew (Elizabeth),
Gregory (Ann Marie), Jeffrey (Barbara), Steven (Kathie); six daughters, Kathleen Dean, Coleen Main, Theresa (Robert) Ward, Andrea (Michael) Baker, Kristina (Michael) Mularski and
Rosanne (Andrew) Hanson; 17 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.

Among the many greeting Marv on his next journey include his parents, Gordon and Margaret; brothers, David and Gary; grandchildren, Laura Metz and Raechal Ellenberger; great-grandson, Caleb Gabrysiak; and son-in-law, Henry Dean.

Beck Funeral Home hosted a visitation Tuesday, February 7, through time of his funeral that afternoon.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the compassionate and dedicated staffs of Rogers City Ambulance, Dr. Keith Wright and the Rogers City Medical Group, DaVita Dialysis, Hospice of the Sunrise Shore and Beck Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Rogers City Ambulance Authority.
