Margaret M. Ludeman (Tulgestke)

Margaret M. Ludeman (Tulgestke) passed away November 22, 2020 of age related complications at Kindred Hospital in Santa Ana, California at the age of 99. She was born August 31, 1921 in Rogers City. She is the last sibling of Hannah and Alfred Tulgestke.

Born and raised in Rogers City, she graduated from Rogers City High School in 1939

. She was the last of eight children, five brothers, Alfred Jr. (aka Boyce), Ivan, Gerald, Garnett and Lloyd; and two sisters, Dorothy and Bertha. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Howell of Laguna Niguel, California and Ellen Helzer of Columbia, South Carolina; a son, Kerry Ludeman of Buena Park, California; two granddaughters; a grandson; five great-granddaughters; and a great-grandson, all of Columbia, South Carolina.

Margaret had a very special way about her of sharing her love with people. She loved to go to a casino and when in season she rooted for the Angels’ and Tigers’ baseball teams.

A ceremony will be scheduled for her in the summer of 2021 at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Rogers City.
