Mary Jane Woloszyk
Mary Jane Woloszyk, 74, of Posen passed away unexpectedly in Alpena February 27, 2026.
She was born in Rogers City June 19, 1951 to Edwin and Alice (Soik) Woloszyk.
Mary attended St. Casimir Catholic School and faced many challenges in her life. Growing up on the family dairy farm, Mary was familiar with demanding work and turned into an extremely hard worker. She worked on various farms until her retirement.
Mary Jane is survived by her five younger sisters, Jean (Scott) MacGregor, Julia (Larry) Patterson of Alpena, Emily (Rick) Hanson, of Grand Haven, Monica Woloszyk of Big Rapids and Blanche (Dennis) Budnick of Posen; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 9, at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Posen with visitation at 9 a.m. followed by a memorial Mass at 10 p.m.
Burial will follow at St. Casimir Cemetery.
