TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE JUDITH K. ARMSTRONG HOUSE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 2, 2025

The Decedent/Settlor, Judith K. Armstrong, died on 02/08/2026. At the time of her death, Judith K. Armstrong was the Grantor and Acting Trustee of the JUDITH K. ARMSTRONG HOUSE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 2, 2025, which contained her home in Presque Isle County. 

Creditors of the Decedent are notified that all claims against the Judith K. Armstrong House Trust dated October 2, 2025, will be forever barred unless presented to the current acting Trustee, Matthew Prucha, c/o Keith Wallace, Attorney, 114 S. Second Avenue, Alpena, Michigan, 49707, within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice. 

Notice is further given that the Trust assets will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to them.
