The 53rd Judicial Circuit Court for Presque Isle County has entered an order for service by publication.

An action seeking money damages regarding a certain dog bite attack incident that occurred on April 16, 2026, has been commenced by Alic

e Juliana May Forster by and through her mother, Destiny Marie Michael and Destiny Marie Michael against Defendants, Matthew Hart and Brittany Curtiss, Jointly and Severally, in the Presque Isle County 53rd Judicial Circuit Court.

The Defendants must file an Answer with the Court at 151 E. Huron Avenue, Rogers City, Michigan or take other action permitted by law on or before September 8, 2026. If the Defendants do not answer or take other action within the time allowed, a judgment may be entered against them for relief demanded in the Complaint.
