Max Eric Ziemer

Max Eric Ziemer, 82, of Hamburg Township passed away at Emmanuel Loving Care Center in Howell October 24, 2026. 

He was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa April 17, 1944. On February 7, 1975 he married Edith Grunwald in Dearborn. Following retirement from the National Reserve Bank of Detroit he and Edith moved to Ocqueoc. 

Max is survived by two daughters, Renae Selk and Donna Boyer; two grandchildren, Ashlea (Jordan) McCraffrey and Brandon Boyer; two great-grandchildren, Amelia McCraffrey and Benjamin McCraffrey; and a sister, Norma Walters.
