Roger Dobbs Harris

Roger Dobbs Harris, 79, of Rogers City passed away peacefully at home Sunday, September 27, 2026.

He was born in Rochester, New York October 20, 1946 to Franklin and Annie (Redick) Harris.

Roger served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. In 1975 he came into the lives of Rick and John in California. He worked as an independent contractor financing boats of every size. Roger married Linda Indish in Mesa, Arizona February 20, 2013.

He is survived by his wife Linda; children, Brad (Angie) Indish of Oxford, Kristy Indish of Linden, John Cornwell of California and Rick (Regina) Cornwell of Florida; and grandchildren, Henry Indish, Sadie Indish, Alexandria Indish, Isabella Indish, Jason Indish, Tyler Cornwell,

Parker Cornwell and Dylan Cornwell.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents Annie Lorie and Franklin; and a son, Jason Indish.
