Georgie Maday

Georgie Maday of Ypsilanti passed away February 27, 2016 in Gross Pointe Farms. She was born August 1, 1916 in Fayetteville, Tennessee, the daughter of George and Naomi Thomas.

It is with great sadness that we learned of the death of our beloved aunt, Georgie Maday.  She was the last surviving member of the Arthur Maday family.  Given the significance of her passing, we’ve written down a few thoughts and recollections of our lives together.  It’s our way of affirming that they were loved and appreciated and will not be forgotten.
