Stephanie Ciarkowski
Stephanie Ciarkowski, 97, of Posen passed away April 25, 2019 at Hurley Medical Center in Flint.
She was born January 5, 1922 in Pulawski Township to Mikolaj and Maryanna (Biel) Delekta.
Stephanie married Edward Ciarkowski August 9, 1941 at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Posen.
Mrs. Ciarkowski is survived by six sons, Gerald (Theresa) of Alpena, Louis (Linda) of Presque Isle, Arthur (Cheri) of Presque Isle, Edward (Carol) of Rogers City, Dennis of Rogers City and Mark (Jessica) of Gardendale, Texas; 22 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; two sons-in-law, Bill Gross and Jerry LaPointe; and special friend and caregiver, Cheryl Wixson.
She was preceded in death: her husband Edward; two daughters, Julie Grose and Loretta La
Visitation was at the Beck Funeral Home Friday, April 26, where the Rosary Sodality lead the rosary that evening followed by the parish wake with Sister Mary Michelz conducting. Visitation resumed Saturday at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Posen until time of Mass with the Rev. Stan Bereda officiating.
Interment followed at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Friends Together Support Group in Alpena in memory of Stephanie Ciarkowski.
