Ester Santimo

Ester Santimo, 95, of Rogers City, our dearest mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, was reunited in heaven with the Lord, September 16, 2019. She passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side. 

She was born April 2, 1924 in Rogers City, the daughter of Paul and Anna (Dembny) Mulka. 

Ester is survived by her children, Kaye (Charles) Balyeat, Michele Allard and Robert Santimo; sisters, Dorothy Morley, Pauline Henry and Martha (Stanley) Smolinski; five grandchildren;
12 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and two step-great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church Monday, November 11, where the rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. followed by visitation at 9 a.m. through time of her Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Rolando Silva officiating. 

Inurnment will take place at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
