Andrews, the daughter of Frank and Pauline Andrews, compiled a grade point average (GPA) of 3.9854 to earn the coveted top spot.
“The valedictorian is a student with unbelievable optimism who won’t let any challenge hold her back,” said superintendent/secondary principal Nick Hein. “This was evident in all aspects of her student life here at RCHS.”
Tulgestka, the daughter of Nancy and Chris Tulgestka, was mere percentage points behind with a 3.9615, and will hold the position of second in her class.
The third-ranking student, Hannah Hentkowski, the daughter of Mark and Frances, was close behind with a 3.9385 GPA, while the fourth-ranking student, Emmalynn Riddle, the daughter of Derek and Julie Riddle, was an eyelash away in the fourth slot with a GPA of 3.9349.
“All of these students know that there is no secret to success it’s what you put into it. These students face challenges head on with no pointing fingers,” said Hein. “Those values were instilled by their parents and will continue to serve these students well into their future endeavors.”
