Christina Andrews has been named valedictorian and Madison Tulgestka salutatorian of the 2020 graduating class of Rogers City High School (RCHS).

Andrews, the daughter of Frank and Pauline Andrews, compiled a grade point average (GPA) of 3.9854 to earn the coveted top spot.

“The valedictorian is a student with unbelievable optimism who won’t let any challenge hold her back,” said superintendent/secondary principal Nick Hein. “This was evident in all aspects of her student life here at RCHS.”

Tulgestka, the daughter of Nancy and Chris Tulgestka, was mere percentage points behind with a 3.9615, and will hold the position of second in her class.
