Michael “Mike” John Mitchell Jr., 66, of Westland passed away at home December 26, 2020 with family at his side.

He was born November 8, 1954 in Detroit to Michael and Helen (McLean) Mitchell Sr.

Mike is survived by his brother, Patrick Daniel Mitchell of Belleville; as well as many loving friends and extended family in Westland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Helen.

Visitation was at St. Ignatius Catholic Church Tuesday, December 29, until the time of Mass with the Rev. Rolando Silva officiating.

Interment took place at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery immediately following Mass.
