David A. Flatt, 39,  of Lansing, formerly of Cheboygan passed away Friday, May 21, 2021 at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing.

Surviving are his mother, Ann M. Frizzell of Onaway; five sisters, Rebecca Waller, Breighana Hines, Sasha Frizzell, Rebekka Frizzell and Kayla McKnight; three brothers, James Flatt, Will Skoropski and Joe Skoropski; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins

A memorial will be held at the home of Rebecca Waller, 3136 Campbell Road in Cheboygan from 1 – 5 p.m. Saturday, June 19. Cremation arrangements in care of Chagnon Funeral Home.
