Jennifer Marie Roberts
Jennifer Marie Roberts, 72, of Ossineke passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026, at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland.
She was born in Detroit October 6, 1953, to Vincent and Mable (Nanas) Borland.
On September 12, 1975, she married A. Wayne Roberts. He preceded her in death October 16, 2017. Most recently she was engaged to the Rev. Dr. Jack D. Ferguson with a wedding date planned for April 18, 2026. She worked and retired in the human resource office for NBD Bank, Chase Bank and Alcona Health Center. Jennifer’s compassion continued following her death as she saved and healed the lives of others through organ, and tissue donation.
Jennifer is survived by her fiancé, Jack Ferguson and his daughter, Jennifer (John) Robinson and their three children; her siblings, Christina Fries, Patrice Lessnau, Christopher (Mary) Borland, Dennis (Hilda) Borland, Veronica Singleton, Therese (Thomas) Leszcz and Deborah (Timothy) Wagner; a daughter, Victoria (Thomas Richards) Roberts; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Keith; and three brothers-
Friends may visit at Faith Lutheran Church in Hawks Saturday, April 18, from 10 a.m. through time of her memorial service at 11 a.m. with her fiancé, the Rev. Dr. Jack D. Ferguson officiating.
Inurnment will take place at Sanborn Township Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to the Gift of Life Michigan.
