Penny Lynette Finney, 65, of Rogers City passed away peacefully at home October 28, 2019.

She was born August 7, 1954 in Lansing to Conway and Marilyn (Staub) Coin.

Penny is survived by her husband, Jack; mother, Marilyn Coin of DeWitt; and a brother, Kenneth Coin also of DeWitt.

A private memorial service will take place at a later date.
