HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON TUESDAY,

AND VIA ZOOM PLATFORM
Mayor McLennan called the meeting to order at 10 a.m.
ROLL CALL: Adair, Bielas, Fuhrman, Nowak and McLennan via Zoom Platform.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Bielas/Fuhrman, to approve the agenda as presented.
ROLL CALL: Ayes – All, the motion carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Fuhrman/Adair, that the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of October 20, 2020 be approved as written. ROLL CALL: Ayes – All, the motion carried.
CITY CLERK’S REPORT:
CHECK AND INVOICE APPROVAL:
Adair/Bielas, that the following total fund expenditures be recognized as payments made and payments to be made, in the amount of $215,854.50 and the Mayor is authorized to sign the check register. ROLL CALL: Ayes – Adair, Bielas, Fuhrman and McLennan.
Nayes – Nowak, the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
MARINA – 2021 RATES AND DISCOUNTS
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-150
Adair/Bielas, to approve the 2021 Rates and Discounts as included in the meeting packet excluding the seasonal launch rate which will remain at $50.00 annually.

MARINA – 2021 RULES AND REGULATIONS
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-151
Bielas/Adair, to approve the 2021 Rules and Regulations as presented.

MARINA – 2021 SLIP CONTRACT
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-152
Bielas/Fuhrman, to approve the 2021 Slip Contract as presented.

MARINA – 2021 STORAGE AND SERVICE CONTRACT
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-153
Fuhrman/Adair, to approve the Storage and Service Contract as included in the meeting packet.

MARINA – BUOY PURCHASE
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-154
Bielas/Fuhrman, to support the purchase of the buoys in the amount of $4,156 and seek reimbursement through the Kenneth Hall Memorial Fund.

BUDGET AMENDMENTS
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-155
Bielas/Adair, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rogers City, Michigan to amend the FY2020-2021 Annual Budget as prepared by City Staff, presented to Council in writing, and reviewed at this November 4, 2020 meeting. A copy of said amendment to be placed on file in the City Clerk
ZONING ORDINANCE (RV PARKS) – FIRST READING

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF THE CITY OF ROGERS CITY ZONING ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE 2011-1, AS AMENDED) TO ADJUST THE SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS FOR RV PARKS AND THE ZONING DISTRICTS AND SPECIFIC LOCATIONS WITHIN WHICH RV PARKS CAN BE LOCATED THROUGH THE CREATION OF AN “RV PARK OVERLAY”
